The photovoltaic installation will consist of a solar plant of 200 MWp. It will be located in the province of Cordoba and will be built on an area of approximately 460 Ha.


The installation will consist of the most advanced solar technology, with 555,556 polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules that will occupy a net catchment area of 1,077,778 sqm. The modules will be mounted on structures with one axis tracking system and the produced direct current will be transformed to alternating current by central inverters of 2.5 MW capacity.


The expected specific production is 1,901 kWh/kWp, to obtain an average annual production of 380 GWh, equivalent to an average annual consumption in Spain of 117,284 households.


The energy evacuation will be carried out through a 30/220 kV elevator transformer, located in the high voltage substation of the plant. From this substation, it will connect successively with different collector/ disconnector substation of other promoters through a 220 kV line, to arrive to the common substations of promoters through a common 220 kV high voltage line. Next, it will connect with the planned renewable position of the 220 kV transport substation of REE through a common link facility.
