The photovoltaic installation will consist of two solar plants of 31 MWp each, totaling a capacity of 62 MWp. It will be located in the province of Soria and will be built on an area of approximately 125 Ha.


The installation will consist of the most advanced solar technology, with 165,000 polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules that will occupy a net catchment area of 350,000 sqm. The modules will be mounted on structures with one axis tracking system and the produced direct current will be transformed to alternating current by string inverters.


Expected specific production is 1,809 kWh/kWp, to obtain an average annual production of 112,2 GWh, equivalent to an average annual consumption in Spain of 32,945 households.


Energy evacuation will be carried out through 30/66 kV elevator transformers, located in high voltage substations in each plant. The substations will have collector/elevator configuration. The 66 kV high voltage lines starting from the plants will connect to a 220/66 kV collector/elevator substation. From this substation, it will connect to a sectioning substation attached to the “SET Trevago” transport grid substation (220 kV), through a common high voltage line. In the sectioning substation three line positions will be enabled to carry out the sectioning of the existing high voltage line (220 kV).
